Certification of Qualifications:

CPRB does not recognise any qualification unless the applicant submits a certified copy - this means a copy is made of the original document, and presented to a Justice of the Peace, Solicitor, Public Notary or similar with the original document. The certifier stamps the copy with their official stamp, and signs the copy, attesting that it is a true and unadulterated copy of the original document.

Photo ID:

You are required to provide a good quality colour copy of photo ID, e.g. a colour scan of your passport or drivers license. The facial photograph portion only will be uploaded to the register and is able to be seen by the public. The photo ID document is not visible to the public.
